After shooting some scenes for a M-B commercial and while reviewing the tape. A BF was seen walking across the road behind the car.

Apparently several researchers are taking it seriously.

I have no idea where someone got the idea that was bigfoot. It looks like a guy in a parka walking through the snow. It is the height of a person, shape of a person, walks like a person, doesn't have the least bit of an ape-like face (looks like the sort of formless head you would expect from a hood). There is no indication of fur. I think they are stretching more than a little bit with this one.

Didn't anyone notice this:

*you see "bigfoot" passing TWICE. Twice at the SAME location, but at a DIFFERENT time. The car passes, and "bigfoot" walks behind it. I don't think a wild ape would do this twice at the same spot...

Sidequestion: is there a source confirming this is (big)footage for a Mercedes commercial? I don't see why Mercedes would have a person running behind the car twice, unless they wanted some kind of bigfoot in the commercial or this were test runs.

...It looks like a guy in a parka walking through the snow...Right---you can clearly see 'the creature' setting its heel down first in its second walk-on. Trivia---what do the 3 spokes in the M-B insignia represent?

Does this movie take a long time to download? I have dial-up.

Not too long, its only about 15 seconds.

It is also kind of low-resolution, which is part of the problem.

I also noticed that the professional driver on the closed course clumsily strays from the roadway a couple of times - probably not exactly the best footage to illustrate superior off-road handling.

I really don't get why anyone is still paying attention to this clip as the "bigfoot" is seen TWICE doing the same walk at the same place on a different time. Something that the owner of that website apparently chooses to ignore. Or he sees it as proof of intelligent behaviour of course...

The only interesting questions remaining are about the origins of the clip. In my opinion, this is a fake from beginning to end. The author describes it as footage from Mercedes to be used in spots, showing 2 different models. I can't see the differences from the clip, and the footage shown can be made by anyone owning a rather new Mercedes jeep and one other car (and a pal with black clothes).

Oh, Superluminal, you are going to kill me.

I suspended my Stardate account, and it deleted all of my Star Party photos which were on your website.

Dang it!

heck, you can clearly see a differentiation in color at the wrist, where the coat stops, and at the ankle, where the slacks stop... though I suppose *some* people would consider that a species specific marking (like... dalmations have spots)

Trivially - I find it most annoying that the "new" R-class wagon looks just like the Dodge Magnum. Note: this is just a specific instance of a petty annoyance. If I buy a car from "company" A, I don't want to confuse said vehicle with one from Company A Prime. </whine>

It's funny that researchers claim BF is such a shy creature and does its best to avoid human contact. Yet so many sightings are of BF running accross the road right in front of a car.
