i'm curious why people say "passed on" instead of "died"? it seems i've seen something regarding humanity's view of death.

i find it sad that she died, btw, as she was a very nice person from what i saw in interviews and the way she took care of christopher.

kirby puckett died, too... the 2nd youngest hall of famer to die.
