Hello everyone!

My name is Michael, longtime lurker (at the old BA board) and ready to jump in and enjoy the privledges allowed to actual members. I would describe myself as an Amateur Astronomer with a limited science education but with a strong desire to learn more. I work at a Federal river clogger in Texas, hence the name.
