No.
You could make the yellow rectangle and red circle the same color. You could also make the cyan circle and dark blue rectangle the same color.
Then you are left with 2 colors for those + 1 for the oval + 1 for the big circle.

If the 2 outer circles are semi-transparent, then wouldn't the upper circle's rim be dimmed as it passed under?

Here is my critique from just a quick glance:
<> Why is the Oval of Truth so small? (I like that - Oval of Truth).
<> I disagree that knowledge of the past is not testable.
<> Unscientific and Theory to me are contradictory terms.
What's the context in which this is being used, or constructed? A science class, philosophy class, hearing on a legislative bill (in which case it needs to be much simpler).

To me too. A theory is an organized collection of verified facts, as opposed to a hypothesis, which would correspond to unproven ideas or speculation.
