You forget two other small but possible outcomes.

The larger and very real outcome of losing the coin.

The second and very small probable of the coin landing on it's edge.

You also forgot the possibility of the coin spontaneously separating into three coins while in the air! For shame ;)

Then there's the high probability, depending on one's environment, of flipping the coin into the air and someone else grabbing it before it lands. Said coin will typically come to rest in a vending machine.
