A central concept in science and the scientific method is that all evidence must be empirical, or empirically based, that is, dependent on evidence that is observable by the senses. Such methods are opposed to theoretical ab initio methods which are purely deductive and based on first principles that could lead to incoherent theories, maths is just a tool that helps us to have a rational approach in frontier physics but the approch in frontier physics must be guided by evidence that is observable by the senses.See page 10 Summary of gravitomagnetism.PDF www.gravitomagnetism.com

Such methods are opposed to theoretical ab initio methods which are purely deductive and based on first principles that could lead to incoherent theories, maths is just a tool that helps us to have a rational approach in frontier physics but the approch in frontier physics must be guided by evidence that is observable by the senses.See page 10 Summary of gravitomagnetism.PDF www.gravitomagnetism.compage 10 of that PDF begins with the title: "Why are the planets prograde in the solar systeme and in a flat disk?". The rest of the page consists of two diagrams, and two paragraphs, one of five lines (and two sentences), and one of a single line.

Could you please explain how this question, two diagrams, and three sentences demonstrate that "in science [...] all evidence must be empirical, or empirically based", or that "maths is just a tool that helps us to have a rational approach in frontier physics", or that "the approch in frontier physics must be guided by evidence that is observable by the senses"?

Perhaps it's a different page, or even a different document, which contains a discussion of this?

In any case, surely the primacy of observables, or phenomena, is a quite widely accepted principle in astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology, and space science? Indeed, is there anyone who would claim otherwise?

To know the number of teeth a horse has, surely it's better to go look in a horse's mouth, than sit inside and philosophise about it?

Outside. I would definitely sit outside the horse's mouth. :)
