Alien Abductee to testify in court case. (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,221971,00.html)Now one of his DAs is using a man who believes in space aliens to win a new case. Yes, space aliens. Deputy District Attorney Jerry Lulejian is using Gary Lowrey to win a case for the county against his former employer, Greka Energy Corp.

Lowery has made claims, and stuck with them in testimony, about alien visitations, “monsters,” “non humans” and other phenomena that would ordinarily disqualify him as a credible witness. It's interesting to note that the abductee's lawyer is the son of Bela Lugosi.

I don't understand. Is he saying that his employer didn't take reasonable precautions to protect him against space aliens?

My crystal ball indicates a man in black [flowing black robes to be precise] will influence the outcome of this case.

I notice that the link is to Fox News, just one step above National Enquirer in my estimation.

Is it all part of Plan 9? Or, perhaps, son of Plan 9?

Is there any aspect of anything related to pop culture left without its own wikipedia page?

Well, that's difficult to say because on Wikipedia's very own Pop Culture page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular_culture), they say:

Curiously, though almost everybody spends their lives immersed in popular culture, nobody seems able to agree on what popular culture consists of.
Hmmmmm :eh:

Wouldn't that be plan 10?

And why didn't plans 1 through 8 work, either?

Plan 10 (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/plan_10_from_outer_space/) was taken.
