its known that some cops are mean ot ppl....so i devise a plan to stop that. every time they pull someone over...the radio it in and the ppl that want to hear the conversation press a button on the walkie talkie....when they press the button the officer that pulled over the car will hear a beep. then he will press a button on his walkie-talkie so it will start recording. they shall keep a copy of every "pull over" in a main hard drive at the police station or another sutable place...
the cops would never bad mouth us again.it will keep them in check!

I think that cops need a little more freedom than that to function properly.

I find that the vast majority of cops I've dealt with are very nice and not mean at all. I think the dashboard cameras that most police cars have not do a lot of what you are talking about (just watch any episode of police chases on TV).
