Looks like Google's halloween logo shows them being tp'ed (decorated with a toilet paper roll)

Hehehe. I like that one. I love how Google doesn't show traditional holiday art, but likes to take the theme and twist it a bit.

Ah Ha!! You've been caught! That is clearly NOT toilet paper, that is a bandaged mummy look - but your little mischievous mind is thinking about toilet paper because you're GUILTY!
A freudian slip if ever I saw one!

If that's not toilet paper, there was no "crime". If there was no "crime", how can we be guilty of anything, (even if you can prove we did anything at all)? Stop persecuting the people, you tyrant oppressor dictator-type commie pig-dog. (How's that for an ad-hom? ;) )

What you don't understand Moose, is that the internet is made of tubes, and when you put your toilet paper in my tubes it clogs them up, and then there's no mummy for anybody!

No problem, Tofu. Just unplug your network cable from the wall, put your lips against the network drop or phone line, and blow as hard as you can. That'll loosen up any clogs you may have accumulated between your machine and your server.
Remember to plug the network cable back in when you're done.
Don't worry about your ISP or gateway being clogged. Network guys use special network-compatible ether (those little spray cans they carry around*) to do this maintainance on a weekly basis. The ether-spray is also good for unclogging PC fans and power supplies. The smell can be a little strong, though. I tend to get headaches while using it, so for smaller jobs, I tend to use the blowing technique.
If you ask nicely, your network guys might let you borrow a can.
(* Note: the network-ether spray is NOT the same thing as mechanics' ether. You can't use network-ether on car engines nor vice versa.)

Shows how much you know! We don't have an ether network. We use token rings, and if I unplug the cable, even for an instant, the token might fall out. My employer would probably charge me to replace it.
Tokens are especially vulnerable to toilet paper in the tubes.

Meh, tokens are cheap these days. Depending on the market, and if you're eligible to buy wholesale, replacement tokens can be as little as .25 and are rarely more than 2 bucks USD retail anyway. All decent OEM suppliers have plenty in stock. If only leftovers from the good old days.
In any case, to keep your tokens from falling out, just hold the cable upright or keep your thumb on the end of the connector. And if they do fall out, just put them back in. It's not like they'll roll down the hall or anything.
