No, the video loops after 23 minutes. Nevertheless, only 4 minutes on the call is enough to see the math discrepancy between both sides.

No way. Those "customer service" people know exactly what he's saying, but they are feigning ignorance to get him to go away. I just can't believe they really are that dumb.

I think you are right. They finally understand what he is telling them, but they can't admit it because if they did the information could be used against them in a class-action lawsuit.

yes, I edited the post the original one was: "No, the video loops after 23 minutes I think" forgot to place the last 2 words back, in any case it's true anyone would have lost patience with those people

I can only imagine the "0.002 AU = 0.002 pc"-type dispute...

By far the worst customer support I experienced was with Hewlett-Packard. They made a mistake on my record (recorded me having a computer model different from what I actually have), and would not correct it. Any problem call I had could not get resolved because their database would pull up information not matching my model, and customer support people had not way (or claimed not to have a way) to change that database entry. It was never fixed, and I never got any meaningful “customer support” on that particular computer. Also, PSC 1350 printer I bought was not working right; after a LONG support call I got a free replacement, and THAT one did not work either! Right now I am on my third PSC 1350 printer, and it STILL has a problem (prints test page every time it is turned on), but I am so sick of HP “support” I just live with it.
