Definitely worth some research, but I'm not crazy about his presentation.
Example:
"In general, however, the debate is properly divided into two camps:" which is said right after one of the camps is a myriad of explanations, like the sides are even.

He does seem a bit odd, but does include this assessment of what point we're at re Earth-examination:...Scientists had previously suspected that certain types of imaging system could look beneath the surface of the Earth under some circumstances, but no-one had the proof...The Israeli pair used P-band microwave sensors...The Negev experiment used aluminium plates buried up to 40 centimetres beneath the sand but working systems might be able to penetrate up to nine metres...Wonder how far along the military is.
