I am going to Santa Cruz Island off the coast of California this weekend. Does anyone know how dark it gets there? Maybe I can start to find some constellations :surprised

I'm guessing it gets pretty dark since only two people live there. But being that it's off the coast of California, it might not be really dark. But definately dark enough to see constellations.
Here is a light pollution map of Southern California. Santa Cruz island seems to be halfway in the blue (low) and half way in the green (medium.)
The light pollution scale goes from white (extreme) to dark grey (none).
