How long until Nancy gets a hold of this news? I'll give her a week.

I have no idea. Wouldn't suprise me if she was already preaching that we have found out about Planet X and that it has a system of planets around it. oy
Edited due to grammer.

So far nothing yet (http://www.obspm.fr/encycl/cat1.html) (unless the catalog uses an HD reference instead of 'Zeta Reticuli').

Not by HD number either. The Zeta Reticuli system is HD 20766 and HD 20807.

Thanks Dana_Mix. Do you know of any links where I can find the HD number for various systems? My quick search couldn't find the HD number for ZetaR, so it would be useful to have for when I look at the planet catalog.

TriangleMan,
I found zetar in a yahoo search. For HD numbers you could look for the star in
here (http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~dolan/constellations/constellation_list.html) ZetaR wasn't in that list. Go the this list (http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/sim-fid.pl) if you know the common name or coordinates. It doesn't work for all of the names. Hipparcos (http://astro.estec.esa.nl/hipparcos/research.html) has it all if you know or can narrow down coordinates. But usually you should try searching first.[/url]
