Yesterday it rained continiously all the daylight hours and into the night. It dropped 3.22 inchs yesterday. That's a bit rainy even for us. Higher elevations are now becoming lower elevations.
Nice footage of a cliff giving way on Devil's Slide this morning. Though it seemed the camera man didn't have enough respect (or distance) for what he was filming. Had I been the cameraman, there wouldn't have been any footage as I would have been employing that trait that seperates us from the other great apes. The ability to run like hell.
Though it didn't have the wind the storm in mid December had. The winds were so strong that even though my bedroom window is on the lee side of the building, the vortices at the apartments edges spun the rain drops around and into my open window.
