We know that everyday man is full of burdens and pressures eighter of working, physical exertion, mental exertion, tiredness, boaring, nautia, not getting well, also not looking easy during the breath taking, wrong practice inhalation of air into nostrils, having some trouble of big tensions of small things, if you want to remove these items then do the following if you can do it.

"this is a breathing exercise: when you return at your home, just wash your legs by a cool water, if you are living in the cold area then wash your legs by warm water, then seat in a 90 degree chair for 5 minutes, then stand up and then seat on the floor by folding your legs very pleasantly, keep off your tv, radio, ipod, cellphone, and other noise in the home, then please keep on the cfl lights in your home or where you are seating, then turn off the light after 5 minutes.

Give rest to your hands on the top of the thi, then give a 90 degree to your body in the seating position,(when you fold your legs). Then take a deep breath hold it for sometime then leave it slowly, do it very slowly for only one minute. next time take a breath in hold it and count the numbers in mind from 1 to 10.

Then take some interval for half minute, then again take a breath and murmer the word "so" (in the mind) then when you slowly release the breath say in mind "hum". Practice it regulary within a week you will found that you are getting proper results. So-hum is a sanskrit enchanting mantra to practice, which will keep yourself from tensions and stress, it will help to improve breathing problem. Hence practice "so-hum" like so----------------(when you take the breath in) and say "hum-------(when you relese your breath"out").

convey me your results.

I think the unusal fast breathing is not a good thing, hence one can correct his breathing practices by using such sort of small exercise, you practice for some days then the habit will be remain for long time and then you will get an experience that what you actually required. In short hyperventilated means "lossing more carbon dioxide" and unsual breathing practice.

You do the excercise for some days then tell me your experience, and for this kind of excercise a. spare time required, b. calm and scilent place is required.

I do not understand the point of this thread. Is some sort of relaxation exercise? The things that are bold are the things that do not make sense to me whatsoever. (I never realized I was breathing wrong!)

The main reason I don't understand the article is, even though it is written in English, it's not English I can read.

And what does "So-hum" in Sanskrit mean? For all that is given, it could mean "I like radishes" and I for one do NOT like radishes.

Eat your radishes young lady, they're good for you. They'll make you big and strong and after you eat them you'll be breathing just the way suntrack2 is suggesting.
