I'm displaying my art on Youtube, but the pictures always turn out looking blurry.

I save my pictures as bitmaps, and then make each one into a video on Windows Movie Maker. When I play the video on my computer it still looks pretty sharp.

But once I've uploaded the video onto Youtube the picture looks blurry and crappy. Anyone know if it's possible for me to make it turn out sharper on Youtube?

You might try saving your pics as .png or lossless but once you transfer a video to YouTube it becomes .flv.
.flv is VERY lossy.

Thanks.

I guess I'll just live with it then, and also upload them to somewhere where they can be in full size and with no quality loss.

I'm thinking Myspace, or maybe an 'art' site, or both. Don't really know which art sites are the best and where my art would get the most views though.

I wonder if YouTube recompresses the file if it's flv to start with?
If not, then preparing it as flv in the quality you want might be a solution.

Thanks. That's something I could try out.
