Yeah M, it's a note "Be Flat".

Something to do with the calcium channels in the diaphram cells getting dinged. My diaphram was getting paralyzed. Spent all day in the hospital today after getting more and more uncomfortable over the last couple of days. I get out of breathe about every fifty feet. Not my usual perky self.
