I need some exposure help in taking night pictures

I have pretty decent camera, Canon EOS 1 Mark III. and excellent tripod.
Can any of you direct me to good web & book sources? The pictures I'm taking are not bad but I have absolutely no expertise in nightphotography, taking moon & star pictures.
Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe this will help. This fellow seems to have the same kind of camera with a telescope mount for it.

A good starting book is Covington's "Astrophotography for the Amateur"

Any good book store will be able to order it if they don't carry it.
