Yesterday we had the annual Dale Texas Volunteer Fire Department auction and fund raiser. The results far exceeded all expectations. We raised about $7000 last time - this time the auction alone raised over $10k and some estimates for the total raised go over $15k.
This was all due to an exceptional job by the Dale Women's Progressive Society. Shows what country women can do when the set their minds to something.
