...scheduled for July 27 through July 31...The NLE 09 scenario will begin in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside of the United States, and exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure...

i'm sure that there is a certain demographic that will latch onto this is proof of "them" being up to "something".. of course, that will have to wait until they get past the current Swine Flu thing that is supposedly going to put everyone in concentration camps.

Wait, I thought the swine flu was supposed to remove the need for concentration camps.

no- the swine flu is the way "they" are going to get people into concentration camps- you know, everyone that is infected or could potentially get infected.
then while people are all locked up "they" are going to do.. umm.. something that is nefarious.
i'm sure there is a way to link all these different pieces together- swine flu, concentration camps, and DHS sponsored anti terror drills- into one big bad thing that "they" are up to. oh, yeah, i forgot about the economic downturn and all the fun theories that go along with that, too.

yes, indeed, it should be a fun summer on the interwebs..

All very interesting but such conspiracy theories don't fit very well on BAUT.
