Wolfram alpha has amongst its astrophysics section, a handy redshift calculator. Type in the z value and it will calculate lookback time, comoving distance in a number of units, fraction of the observable radius... It appears reliable and has the added feature of allowing you to chose between lambda CDM or Einstein-de Sitter models, wavelength, relativistic, gravitational or Doppler shift and it even alows for altering cold, dark and radiation energy mass ratios. Worth a play if nothing else.

I will try a Google search but do you have a particular link that you might be referring to? I would also like to compare prices, provided there are more than one manufacturer.

Here are the links:

Astrophysics section (http://www.wolframalpha.com/examples/Astrophysics.html), Redshift calculator (http://www35.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=redshift+z%3D0.5)

But prices?

Ned Wright's calculators are even better and they're free....1 (http://www.astro.ucla.edu/%7Ewright/CosmoCalc.html), 2 (http://www.astro.ucla.edu/%7Ewright/ACC.html), 3 (http://www.astro.ucla.edu/%7Ewright/DlttCalc.html) (from his website (http://www.astro.ucla.edu/%7Ewright/cosmolog.htm)). And iCosmo (http://icosmo.ethz.ch/Initiative_Web/Initiative.html) will generate various graphs for you, at least to redshifts of 10. Both sets of websites are maintained by professional cosmologists.

Sorry about not posting a link on that one and thanks PraedSt. I was in a rush that day. No blueshift, my budget is probably tighter than yours so if I find a freebie that works I try to spread the word around, sorry bout the 'sales pitch' tone. Thanks Spaceman Spiff, will check out your links.
