Hi
I am a Beginner and just bought my first Telescope a month ago (Skywatcher AZ 127 goto),
I also bought a Webcam ( Microsoft Vx6000) to start Astrophotography , I have read in lots of forums that CMOS sensors are not good for Astrophotography, can anyone let me know whether 1.3MP High resolution Webcam which performs well in low light would not be able to perform well in astrophotography ? and also can anyone give me some links which explains how to follow a star while viewing ? I have a Altazimuth mount with synscan GOTo system , heard it can autmatically follow the objects
