They are sensational, Eric. Thank you so much for sharing them. :)

I'm taking my family there in October, and seeing these has whetted my appetite all the more!

(What's the one with the dog right at the end?)

The dog at the end is Nani, our new puppy. She traveled with us and got to spend the day in the air conditioned kennels at the space center.

 Not really possible, I'm afraid. Big, big, big shame!!

That would have been some experience for my kids (and one big kid here too!!)

That would be wonderful for my son! (and me - haven't seen a launch since one of the Apollos).

I'll keep my eyes peeled for the opportunity.

Nice pictures. I like the one of feeding the bird - must be a story. My KSC pictures are from the film days and would have to be dug out and scanned, but I recall I had some nice alligator pictures; as we took the bus tour you could see a few lying around.

Cool! What were the photos of that set that looked like a room with a TV?

The bird wasn't anything too special - we ate a light breakfast and gave scraps to some birds. The TV room was used to show a program that used a lot of 60s era space news combined with a contemporary actor and narrative.

That sounds interesting.
