Default Orion Telescopes Sold to Imaginova

Orion Telescope was bought out today.

Three quearters of my telescope gear is Orion. Any thoughts as to whether the quality of its products might deteriorate?

Judging from the press release from that article, both Orion and Imaginova are pleased.

Quote:
Tom Anglo, president of Orion Telescopes & Binoculars, said: "We are very excited about the opportunity to join forces with Imaginova. There are tremendous cross-selling opportunities and Imaginova's media properties will help us grow our customer base dramatically. We are anxious to take our business to the next level."
Looks more like a chance of integrating different media and software with equipment, somewhere down the line.
