I was wondering if anyone knows some good sites for tracking the moon (wither its pictures, mathematically or whatever) anything you think is good please post

I guess iam asking the question for a friend. He wants to be able to find information about where exactly the moon will rise and set for a giving city (NW,E,W etc..) and also what phase it will be in. or in other words the trajectory that the moon will take for agiving time relative to the city or to the earth itself.

Any planetarium software program should do that. There are many available, for all common hardware platforms, ranging from free to shareware to commercial.
