Copied from the Celestia forum, here are some clickable addresses of places to see in Celestia
(you need to have Celestia installed to see these)

Earthview:

Thebe:

Saturn Sunrise (track sol, sychro saturn):

Europa shadow:

And some images of my own

Wolf 359 as seen from a planet in the comfort zone- compared to the Sun as seen from Earth;

Diwali, the Hindu Robot world near Eta Cassiopeia

Ecotopia, a collection of artificial Earth-like worlds in a multiplanet rosette orbit.
The last two are add-ons for the Orion's Arm Universe-
some of which are available here-

Love this program, though im not really into creating planets bit. Just browsing the real stuff for now.

BTW does anyone recommend any other general astronomy freeware, being kind enough to tell us what its about?

How does one go about creating the planets? Tried editing the .ssc files and for some reason I don't see the new planets in Solar System Browser. :-k

I should stress that there are much more competent modelmakers than I producing add-ons for Celestia, most of which are available for download
Download Celestia here

Just downloaded this program today, so I'm still learning my way around it, but it's super cool.
