Remember some of those pictures of blueberries with stems attached? Well I was never sure if they were formed by the wind or if there was some internal control to them. After reading posts on other forums, I found out the simplest explanation is usually the best explanation. The key thing was finding a panorama from sol 136 that showed stems all pointing in one direction while the bedding planes were going in different directions.

I've posted the panorama with the blueberry stem interpretation on my site plus an explanation of the strange looking "Cobra Heads" that Spirit first came across on sol 156.
