Harrison-Zeldovich spectrum
In the inflationary paradigm, the power spectrum of the CMB is a scale-invariant spectrum (or nearly scale invariant spectrum), meaning this that all the fluctuations have the same power independently of their angular size. Why's that? Why inflation requires this so-called Harrison-Zeldovich spectrum?
