13) Yup, it's a magnetar.
12) Yep, from the northern hemisphere, the object is in a "summer sky constellation".
11) It is not the Crab pulsar, nor one within the nebula.
10) It is not a winter constellation.
9) It's in one of the zodiac constellations.
8) Pulsar it is. [Which one? ]
7) Not a black hole.
6) It is a compact object, hence it's dense.
5) It is not in the Solar System.
4) Spherical it is.
3) Fussion is not happening there.
2) Nope. It is smaller than an astronomical bread box.
1) Yep. It is in our galaxy.

I read that as two questions.

Is the object approximately equal to or greater than the Milky way in size?

Another way to state it would be, "is it smaller than the Milky Way galaxy?", though the opposite answer would arise.

Is z < 0.5?

As George said - synonymous with "is it smaller than the Milky Way". Sorry for the lack of clarity.

Is it a quasar? [Just ignore this obvious one, unless, of course, it is one. ]
