Default The only man ever buried on the moon!

No kidding!

Well, at least a portion of this American's 'remains' are now buried on the moon....
A small portion of the remains of Dr. Eugene Shoemaker, astronomer and co-discoverer of Comet Shoemaker-Levy, which had been placed on board the Lunar Prospector Spacecraft, was crashed deliberately into the lunar South pole in 1999.

Hmmm; that seems to give new meaning to the phrase, "The man in the moon".

Just thought you ought to know. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eugene_Shoemaker

Actually the first guy buried on the moon was Super Dave Osborn, who used the Paris Gun as his entry for the X-Prize
