The ISS flew by me two days ago, but I didn't catch it. Too much light pollution from the moon I think.

I'd like to, but I'd be too busy to post every day.

I just saw the ISS! Well, at any rate, I saw something with my naked eye, and zoomed in with binocs, that was exactly where the coordinates from the NASA site were, at the exact time given, and it was everything I've heard satellites are supposed to look like- a small, blinking light, moving in a path much different from that of an airplane. This was definitely not a plane!

I have been told with a pair of binoculars you can very well see the ISS. Quite fascinating, actually. It feels like I'm in a sci-fi movie whenever I think about it.

Yeah, the ISS is amazing! I was born when Mir was up there, but I didn't feel the same connection I do to ISS, because I've followed the missions bringing up new modules.

Is your site devoted to only the artificial variety of satellites that started being launched in 1957, or does it include the natural kind for which the word satellite (I never call them moons) was originally coined in the 17th century?
