Default GLAST and Kardeshev galaxies

Suppose a Kardeshev Three civilization is using a Dyson Sphere around a Sol type star to transmit an omnidirectional gamma ray signal in GLAST's detection spectrum. Assume the civilization is one Gigaparsec away. Can GLAST detect it?

Let's say that the gammas are 1 MeV. The sphere would radiate 2.5x1039 per second. A 1 Gigaparsec sphere has a surface area of 1x1052 square meters, so GLAST would be getting much less than one gamma per century from this thing. I'd say no.
