Default Solar Eclipse

Discovery Channel Canada is going to be broadcasting the solar eclipse in Antarctica, live, tonight at 10:00 PM EST (Or is it EDT? Dang)

Anyway, if you get it, you may want to watch.

Know of any webcasts for those of us in the lower 48? Can't wait till the Discovery Channel Telescope opens up at Lowell.

And I think winter is EST.

It was a marvellous show. They showed the total eclipse and also beautiful pictures of Antarctica.

One picture showed both the sun and Venus in a single shot. Venus and several stars were visible during the eclipse. Really beautiful photography.
