Current close-approach data has minimum distance: about 0.00048 AU or about 72000 km or very roughly 20% of the distance to the moon.

NEO Close Approach Tables (from which it will no doubt soon disappear):

Anyone know the probability of impact of asteroids of 10 meter size hitting?
