here's tonight image with very high humoidity and the first time I saw dew on my mirror while outside.

ISO level: 400
Exposure time: 1.00 sec

16 images stacked




here is (again) the last try that i took less than 1 week ago (first ever)



any suggestions?

nice shot
, dew on your mirror won't do any good for the photo. With some cameras to get more detail on the Nebula you'll be using a good filter and maybe you'll have to do a much longer 3-9 minute exposure. ISO 400 seems like a good idea, have you tried stacking more images ? If you want to get more Nebula maybe have the Trapezium group glowing a whole lot more so they are blurred and allow the stars to be overwhelmed by the brightness of the nebula

well since there was dew i figured nothing would come out good. but now i regret it and wished i'd gotten at least 30 shots stacked
