Hi Gavwvin. Thanks. It took along time to get Jupiter to come to focus. I think I have got it as good as i am going to get it. What I am working on is getting Saturn to look as good as Jupiter. Saturn is very hard to keep in focus. Even when it is at its highest point in the sky I cant seem to get it right. I take my photos from my back deck, and I think the heat off the house maybe my problem, Im working on that. yours in the way Paul F. Campbell

Hi Paul,


I use to own a sac7 camera as well, befroe I switched to a quickcam webcam and astrosnap software.

I haven't done much planetary imaging since the Mars Close approach in August 2003!


Nice shots of Jupiter considering your only using a 5 inch scope!

I can't wait to see the images you get when you get less than arc second seeing conditions!

Well, we can all hope for nights like those
