From the southern hemisphere. Using a Nikon Coolpix 880 on full zoom, single exposure at 8 seconds, f4.2. Used BlackFrame to kill the hot pixels and pull the comet out of the mud.

Didn't realise my little 880 could take pictures of comets.
Next time the cloud cover clears (been hanging over Sydney for about a month now), I'll try multiple exposures and stacking for the first time.

No.
It wasn't in the black frame.
I got rid of all of the hot pixels.
And it's in exactly the right position.
But it is the wrong colour. Perhaps the image is so small that only the red pixel responded. ?
