Three galaxies in Leo: M65, M66, and NGC3628 plus comet 62P/Tsuchinshan
from before sun rise on December 15, 2004 http://www.quantumhyperspace.com/imagefile...2004-1118UT.JPG 30 x 60 sec subframes ST-2000 + MiniBorg60 In the picture the smudge of the comet was found during image processing in the circled yellow area. The blue rectangle is the result of aligning the images onthe comet body and letting the back ground stars trail off. The blue rectangle is kind of like a popup of the action on the yellow circle over a thirty minute time frame.
