well loking up some stats the moon apears to be 27.6 days old and it is a waning crescent.
4.18% illuminated lol. well anyways long story short. i stayed up to watch the deep impact on nasa tv and since then couldn't get away from the computer. so i went to check for mars when i turned around and saw the crescent moon just out of the trees. this is a crop and later on today i'll post a widefield pic etc. ![]() Comments appreciated Kostian

here's 2 more. they might look blurry because they were very big tiff files that i shrunk to 800x600 jpg.
