Penumbral Eclipse observed from Chicago Fellow Astronomers, I thought I would share my photo of the Lunar eclipse of the 14th of March 2006 with the BAUT crew. It was a cold Chicago evening, but this nice shot came out of it, capturing a small twin engine aircraft transiting the lunar face. ![]() Taken with a modest 4.5" reflector and hand held digital camera.
