Default Moon 10 1 06

Hi group here are four photos of our Moon from Washington pa. this evening. The photos were taken with my etx 125 and my sac 7 ccd. All are 20 avi's at 1/50 of a sec. 10 frames a sec. Processed in registax and cleaned up in photoshop 9.0

Two were taken using the camera at prime focus and two were taken using a 2x tele which brought the lens down to a 5mm.

I love your pictures. I had a go at our moon on 10 2 06 and also imaged the same region in the South. But I use the afocal technique and Registax for stacking my moon images. Then I use Picture-It to set the brightness and contrast right.
