Default Geminid 2006

This year's Geminid Shower gave me a very nice show.
I saw about 10 an hour under some moderately light polluted skies. I imagine under dark skys the show is amazing. There were lots of atmosphere skippers and fireballs.

I was able to catch 1 image of a Geminid at about 2am on 12/14/06

Canon EOS 350D XT
18-55mm lens
30 seconds F3.5 ISO 800

Great photos! The second one is especially lovely with the trees framing the sky. May I ask where your general location was taking these?

Thanks for sharing and welcome to BAUT.
