Default NGC1555 Strange - Weird Nebula

Hi All,

Here is a strange looking one......a very faint dark and dusty area, except for the small bright thing which looks like a person with its arms spread out and face looking at the star.

Just weird! This object is in the constellation of Taurus. Tell me what you thinks it resembles, what do you see?

LRGB 20 minutes with my homemade .4 meter scope and SBIG ST9 CCD.

Well guys the official Name of NGC 1555 is actually Hind's Variable Nebula...in the constellation of Taurus maybe stranger than it looks...it actually varies over time. It's similar to Hubbles Variable in Monoceros.

Although my favorite was Josh's "A Klingon Bird of Prey uncloaking!"

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and imaginations.
