Default Comet from Australia

These are not my images but they are the best of this comet that I have seen to date. Check these out:

Tha she blowsssssssssssssssssssss

Saw it from Sydney last night OMG - gorgeous. Amd a fascinating side issue. I was at an 18th birthday for my nephew. The entire party ended up out the front watching the comet for about half hour. The excitement among the kids was very gratifying

I was lucky enough to see McNaught from a dark sky in New South Wales , Australia-at the Ice in Space star party in mid January

it was one of the most spectacular things I have seen..and made this star party particularly special..a lot of us drove up to anearby hill at sunset and the comet put on a really superb show for us.
unforgettable

I tend to forget to check the APOD every day, so imagine my surprise when I viewed this outstanding panoramic shot from the Perth area.

Now that one certainly deserves to be in Phil's top 10 Astronomy Photos for 2007.
