I don't believe you can upload an AVI to this board, only photos. You can, however, place your AVI on a separate web site and post a link to it, once the board moderators are satisfied that you are a good posting citizen

Your scope sounds like a small reflector. Does it have a mirror at one end and an eyepiece at the other? Who is the manufacturer?

thats a god picture thru a small reflector. I have a three inch reflector see picture of saturn below. You'll see alot of things. If you can get out under dark skys. This makes a big difference. I've seen uranus, jupiter, neptune, mars, venus. Even the little dumb bell, and orion nebula. If you have any othere ? i'll be back later. I forgot i'm not at home i'll post the picture later sorry.

hi,

You should be able to see a huge amount of structures in several kinds of objects like:

cassini division in saturns ring
vallis alpes on the moon
rupes recta on the moon
all 4 galileo moons and the large vast stripes on jupiters surface in cluding the grs
andromeda galaxy with its 2 major companions
m33 with her marvellous arms
m13 and clusters of that size shouild be an amazing sight
m81, 82
...
well there are many objects!!!
just go under the nights sky and try yourself.
You`ll find support where to find which object in the www.

have fun!
Dietmar
