Default a few mosaic photos of the mare Ibrium area

Hi all
Here are a few close ups of the Mare Imbrium area. I was after the many shadows in this area, and I think I captured some nice dark spots, but as you can see my focus was off. Sorry about that. I hate when that happens.

As you know I have been trying lately to get as close to the Moon as possible with my 5 inch etx, and yes stay in focus. I have been pushing this little star bucket to its limit. Some nights the plan comes together and you get some nice photos, then there are those nights you think the plan looks good untill you start to run your avi's and they look like, well you know what they look like.

Remember that there are some nice things happening this month, stay in tune and try and get some nice images. Oh and yes Focus.

Clear skies to all Paul

There are some nice shadows showing the various depths/heights of objects. Good job (despite the lack of focus).

Paul,

Your mosaics are always seamless. I never can tell where the border of each image is. Very nice.

Paul,

Excellent work! I've never taken a moon image that was any good -- I'm jealous.
