Default images of the comet P17/ Holmes, in Brazil

Dear Friends:

Sending to it some images of the Comet P17/Holmes gotten of yesterday for today (day 24/25), here in the city of Juazeiro of the North, Ceará, in Brazil.


The image results of two photos: The photo biggest with the localization of the Comet in the constellation of Perseu was gotten day 25/10/2007 to the 01:05:31 local Hour, with Camera Panasonic DMC-LZ7, Exposition 15 seconds and ISO 100. The photo in zoom is a magnifying of the resultant image of the integration of 93 frames of the comet gotten day 25/10/2007 of 03h46m14s to 03h46m31s UT. Telescope 275mm of opening, F/6. Vesta camera without modification in the focus primário.Software of capture: QCFocus V2.1. Integration of the frames: Software Registax V2.

Comet P17/ Holmes. Gotten image day 25/10/2007 to 04:49:06 UT. Camera Panasonic DMC-LZ7. 1 Frame. Exposition 1 second, ISO 1250. Reflecting telescope 275 mm, F/6. Ocular 10 mm + Barlow 2X. Afocal method.



Comet P/17 Holmes. Gotten image day 25/10/2007 to 03:48:29 UT. Camera Panasonic DMC-LZ7. Exposition 1/8 second. ISO 400. Reflecting telescope 275mm, F/6. Ocular 10 mm. Afocal Method.
