Hi
GREAT shot, I just came in as well and I am freezing, hands are Numb cant even type

I am in the process of uploading my shots and will be posting here later.
One question, I have the t mount adapter that comes with the barlow lens on it, the barlow does not allow me to take a shot like yours (the whole moon) I can only get magnified shots. When I take the barlow off, the image does not focus, it only focuses with the barlow on, how do I get around this
Any help is appreciated

Thanks
Gina (Starchild615)

Very nice shot. We got some shots of clouds, with the moon peaking through.

Default Lunar Totality with Saturn & Regulus

Hi All,

Here is another shot with a 125mm telephoto lens on a tripod, showing Lunar Totality with Saturn and Regulus.

.5 sec exposure at F5.6 and ISO 400, Canon 20D DSLR.

This was a very pretty eclipse nicely framed between a bright planet and a bright star.

But it was only 4 degrees F here, it was one of the coldest eclipses I remember in years.

Default Lunar Eclipse Sequence photo

Here is my 3 image sequence photo, as promised earlier in this thread.

I'm still thawing out from last nights 4 degree temps, but was lucky and got pretty clear skies for this eclipse.

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments, I hope you all got to see the eclipse!
