Default New server won't attach images

Since the new server went in I can't see attachments or attach anything. I've tried three different computers using three different operating systems and browsers, same result.

When I try to attach an image using Thunderbird under XP the manage attachment screen goes blank after it loads. I have to close the window to do anything.

With W2K and IE6 It loads the image then just sits there saying it is still working but nothing ever happens. Again, I just have to close the window.

All posts prior to the server change that used attachments show a thumbnail window but it is blank, no thumbnail, thus no way to see the post. Again it happens on all computers Mac or PC.

Anyone else having this problem?

Rick

I haven't tried loading any images, but the "attached photo" isn't showing on earlier forum posts for me (using IE).

Default Yes, I had the same problem uploading since the change

Hi rick

Yes your right, I had the same problem uploading since the server change,

My Young thin crescent moon images did not upload earlier, thats why I simply place a link to another location to view them.

Hopefully fraser and phil will get this worked out soon.

best regards,
John

Thanks.

It isn't a problem on my end. That's what I was checking. Apparently not everything has been moved to the new server as yet.

If, in the meantime, you choose to use an image hosting service, I personally would appreciate it if you did not use Imageshack as it tends to throw popups and is very slow to load the images until its done popping up its ads. But you may be able to post [img.]...[/img.] code.

Thanks Fraser. Interesting object, not sure of the coordinates though.

Kind regards
Matt

It has been fixed...see post #21 on here for explanation. It was some hard-core issue or something like that.
