First, it's a very nice mosaic. Great sharpness on the lunar features.
And even with the enlarge tool (it appears when you mouse over the image in Firefox, not sure in IE) it looks like some sort of a screen was used in producing the JPEG. Did you use "Save for Web" in Photoshop? --Andy

No I saved as a straight jpeg as I usually do. I have also Mike, (iceman), also noted somefine crosshatching which is in the original FITS images. I will repost the web jpeg as you suggest but something strange is happening.
Rick, My cursor comes up as a full image tool when I move it across the image. I will try and sort out the thumbnail. Thanks everyone Kind regards Matt |
